Go FAMA Hub provides digital tools that may allow participants to interact with FAMA programs and services. Features may include:

• Program participation

Access to particular services may require registration or the creation of a user profile. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and appropriately protecting account credentials.

• The Garden Model™
• Workshops
• Training
• Books
• Articles
• Community development
• Organizational leadership

Submitting an inquiry through AlfredJohnson.org does not constitute a confirmed speaking engagement or contractual agreement. Speaking engagements become confirmed only after applicable agreements, scheduling requirements, deposits, fees, or other booking requirements are completed.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our websites and services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

The Garden Model™

The Garden Model™, including the framework represented by:

and associated leadership, neighborhood-development, training, presentation, and educational materials are proprietary intellectual property associated with Alfred Johnson and/or the authorized organization through which those materials are distributed.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction, training, resale, licensing, or representation of the Garden Model™ as another party's intellectual property is prohibited.

Permission to Use Content

Requests for permission to reproduce or use FAMA or Alfred Johnson content should be submitted to the organization. Any permission granted may require appropriate attribution.

Educational and Informational Content

Content made available through FAMA, Go FAMA Hub, or AlfredJohnson.org is generally provided for educational and informational purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, website content is not intended as legal, financial, medical, tax, or other regulated professional advice.

Donations

Donations to Faith Action Ministry Alliance, Inc. may be processed through third-party payment providers. Any representation concerning the tax deductibility of a particular donation is subject to applicable law and the donor's individual circumstances. Donors should consult an appropriate tax professional when necessary.

Events, Programs and Volunteer Opportunities

Registration for an event, volunteer assignment, educational opportunity, neighborhood activity, or other FAMA program may be subject to additional:

• Codes of conduct
• Program-specific agreements

Those additional terms are incorporated where applicable to the particular activity.

Speaking and Professional Engagements

Submitting a request for Alfred Johnson does not guarantee availability or establish a contractual engagement. Speaking fees, deposits, travel expenses, accommodations, cancellation terms, presentation requirements, recording permissions, and other conditions may be established through a separate speaking agreement.

Where a separate written agreement conflicts with these general website Terms, the specific agreement governing the engagement will control with respect to that engagement.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

SMS Program

Faith Action Ministry Alliance, FAMA, Go FAMA Hub, and Alfred Johnson may provide optional SMS or MMS messaging programs. You will receive SMS communications only in accordance with the consent applicable to the messaging program or another legally permissible basis for communication.

Types of Messages

Depending upon your relationship with us and the consent you provide, non-marketing messages may include:

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. Frequency may depend upon your registrations, inquiries, event activity, subscriptions, volunteer involvement, or other interaction with us.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile service provider and plan.

SMS Consent

Providing a mobile telephone number alone does not constitute consent to receive marketing SMS messages. Where required, an affirmative opt-in will be presented. Marketing SMS consent is optional. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of:

• Making a donation
• Purchasing goods or services
• Registering for an event
• Volunteering
• Submitting a speaking inquiry
• Participating in a FAMA program

Marketing and Non-Marketing Consent

Mobile Information

Mobile telephone information and SMS opt-in consent data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS Program Changes

Messaging frequency, program names, or other SMS program details may be modified as necessary. Material changes will be communicated or reflected in these Terms where appropriate.

Email Communications

Users who voluntarily subscribe to promotional email communications may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe option provided in applicable messages. Administrative or transactional communications may still be sent where appropriate.

Privacy

Collection and use of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy applicable to these websites and services.

Third-Party Websites and Services

Our websites may contain links to external websites, applications, payment services, registration systems, or other third-party platforms. FAMA does not control all third-party sites and does not assume responsibility for their content, security, availability, or independent privacy practices. To the extent permitted by law, websites, digital services, and general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every piece of information will always be complete or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Faith Action Ministry Alliance, Inc., Alfred Johnson, their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from use of the websites or reliance upon general website content.
